Cold Texas hike around Lake Somerville
The MLK weekend allowed me to get out with the Girl Scout backpacking group for a two-nighter and bring my sweetheart along, too! My beloved is not yet a gram-weenie and hasn't fallen in love with tarps so a few extra comforts were brought as insurance.
This included a JetBoil as well as a Pocket Rocket for instant warm drinks any time of the day as well as a coupl NOTE: The remainder of this post can be read by logging in. For free PBF membership click here |

Have you tried?
Have you given Lake Georgetown a try as yet? I live in Houston, so Lake Sommerville is about an hour NOTE: The remainder of this post can be read by logging in. For free PBF membership click here
