Some gear lists?
Anyone got a gear list for not too technical trips? Maybe some pics of your gear setups? I have been reading alot of mountaineering books on technique and am interested in what people are actually using.
thanks Jeff |

Jeff... Since you posted in the Mountaineering section, are you looking for Mountaineering related gear lists, or gear lists in general?

Please share only Mountaineering gear lists in this thread/area. Otherwise, the Gear List area is available for general backpacking.
Thank you. Reality P.S. Also, please post the actual lists - not links or other methods for accessing lists. Thank you. |

Mountaineering Quoddy. I am interested in maybe a route description of the technicality and a list of mountaineering equipment you would take. Maybe some explanations on why YOU would take something over another. It helps me and im sure others to see what makes you bring one thing over another. I have no experience in anything technical. My brother has done shasta numerous times and has gone almost all the way up Denali. I can pick his brain but he will not adopt the Light approach so his views are one sided. |
