I have a Veff for a work knife. I got it because it looked easy to sharpen an it is. Its not like normal serration that saw but it is very useful. I install main stem communications an use it to cut the abrasion resistant cordage we use to pull the Fiber Optic cable. This stuff will dull a sharp knife in a few cuts but the Veff rips right through it. I have also used it to cut cable. its the only serrated knife I would carry.
