Very nice list!

Haven't worked the numbers, but have you considered a cuben fiber poncho/tarp w/ quilt and bivy?

Your WM sleeping bag is ~very~ light, but if someone had the same shell fabric and made a quilt, you'd have more down on top (as opposed to underneath you) plus lower weight and then you'd have to see if there was a cuben bivy that could provide additional rain protection (as the poncho/tarp is smaller that your current tarp). The other benefit to this setup would be dedicated rain protection of the poncho as opposed to just the wind shirt. The poncho would provide additional rain protection for your pack/gear as well.
