I first did a search on iTunes before becoming addicted to the Practical Backpacking podcasts. Now I listen (via iTunes) when I'm reading e-mail or otherwise using the computer at home, or via iPod either while doing housework or when cooking or (w/husband) falling asleep on the trail/in the tent.

I download and listen locally, since most of the plugins and other things seem not to interact well with Linux on an older machine.

Thumbs up Several ways...

I download to my MP3 player, archive them on CDs, and also play them on my laptop.

Lots of good info in these podcasts and the production standards (quality) of the podcasts are among the best found on the www!

I downloaded all of the episodes to my iPod and have been listening while going from one site to another at work. With a car kit of course. I'm already up to #13in 3 days so I should be caught up in no time.
