Potential Benefits of a Double Layer Hammock

Some of the potential benefits of a double layer hammock are as follows:
  • Added pad/mat control between layers
  • Mosquito protection
  • Ability to add forest debris (...) between layers for emergency insulation
  • Increased support
Are there any other benefits that come to mind for you, or any comments on how the aforementioned may have helped you?

OK, I see. You're using the undercover sans the insulation to function as a double layer.
